Just spent a few days on some Texas hill country land, did a bit of grilling. Ate a lot of good german food. I tried to leave the weber at the airbnb better than I found it.

Never really thought about it until this stay, but you can probably tell a thing or two about the people who stayed before you by the way they left the grill and cast iron pans.

in Vancouver and just lit the big green egg...3 racks of ribs ready to go on soon..catering shows up at 5 with the rest of the food...fantasy draft at 630...lets ride

Summer heat was brutal, but I made it happen with a canopy tent. Ready for some Texas fall temps and regular weekend smoke.

This is the year I really got into charcoal chunks and wood blends.
