I'd say it's the first Jordan Peele movie I truly liked. It's a good time

Steve Albini wrote:Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

No, she even made me stop it after two minutes, because she wants to really pay attention to it.tragabigzanda wrote:She is lyingAnders wrote:Next will be P.S. I Love You

King Arthur: The Legend of the Sword
I didn't necessarily dislike watching this until I got really bored the last 25 minutes or so. I think I was somewhat up for something frenetic, and it was fun at times.

Hot Fuzz is so much fun. My favorite Edgar Wright.

Re: What movies are you watching?
That’s a tough one, it’s fairly even for me with Shaun Of The Dead, and a movie like Baby Driver is just very different, but still really good.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:Hot Fuzz is so much fun. My favorite Edgar Wright.

Re: What movies are you watching?
I think people who are fans of the horror genre likely prefer or appreciate Shaun of the Dead more. I'm not a big horror fan, but Shaun is definitely great.Anders wrote:Hot Fuzz was actually better than Shaun Of Dead.

Lightyear is pretty good. I’ll bet it would have been a success if they released it this weekend and Tim Allen was the voice.

I don't see why they recast Buzz. Is Tim Allen just not a big enough star?
