So, my phone recently updated, and half my streaming apps aren't working. I wonder if anyone has had this happen before.
I've got a Galaxy XCover Pro.
Netflix: Won't open. I get error code 502.-1006
Hulu: Will open, but when I try to play something, it won't work. I get error code P-DEV302
HBOMax: Just plays a black, silent screen.
Amazon Prime and Disney+ work fine. Everything works correctly on my PC and our Rokus.
I've restarted the phone a few times and reinstalled Hulu/HBOMax. Netflix seems tied to the phone so I can't uninstall it.
Any thoughts? The only Google-able solutions I haven't tried is restarting my router and factory resetting my phone.

How do I do that? None of these apps have that in their settings.

Alright. Found the caches via phone settings and reset the phone.

Re: Streaming Apps on Android
Have you tried freeing up storage? Android phones have issues with proper RAM and storage management. Low internal storage can play a vital role in disabling your ability to download or update new apps.

Looks like I'm using 50/64G. That doesn't seem like too much does it?
I don't know what I'd clear other than pictures.
