When there's work to do, people who aren't dead should be doing the work, not wasting time mourning the dead people. Leave that for the moochers and losers, says Christ.

Yeah, It's less about being productive in our modern sense, and more about getting on with the business of living. Focusing on freeing yourself from traditions, social expectations, and "Earthly" duties, etc.
It's not a demand to not mourn your dead dad.
