last night I had some Trader Joe’s cookie butter ice cream, and I got some of their chili onion crunch, and put a little spoon of it atop one of the scoops.

I get the phenomenon now. Just a little chili crunch was worth it.

Been keeping a stash of orange jaffa cakes around recently. Perfect texture and a tart/sweet balance.

A bakery in our hood has a ghost kitchen thing each night with a tiramisu shop. Picked up some classic, a limoncello, a pistachio, and a cookies and cream tonight. Delicious.

Haven’t tried them yet. Wife ate all the limoncello before I could get a bite, but I’ll give the pistachio a go later today and report back. Pistachio is having a moment here.

Pistachio anything is so good, as is anything lemon.

Tiramisu is pretty dope on its own, but…
