Another big win in the queue for Biden and all they had to do to get it done was excluding the proggles from negotiations. Funny how that works.




Maybe they can restore Roe the same way? Here’s what the Reproductive Freedom For All Act would do:

-Prohibit state regulations that impose an undue burden on a woman’s access to pre-viability abortions
-Allow states to enact reasonable restrictions on post-viability abortions — provided that states cannot ban abortions that are necessary to protect the life or health of the mother
-Protect access to contraceptives
-Preserve conscience protections

Not perfect, but would stop the backslide. At least we won't have to worry about 10 year olds getting medical help.....
