what's the recipe?
a large can of cento brand san marzano tomatoes that i smash up with a potato masher..a few ounces of italian red wine..plenty of garlic..a lot of fresh basil..and whatever your tolerance is for
dried red chili pepper for spiciness..i also get 2 spicy italian sausages from the store..i cook one whole in the sauce and take the casing off the other and break it up for the sauce..just let it simmer for an hour or more..pretty basic but it works well
i like it. what kinda pasta?
obviously its works with all kinds but since we're getting rid of stuff tonight is going to be the last package of TJ's capellini from the pantry

Nice that is real similar to one I do as well. I’ll add some tomato paste, oregano, and pepper. But I use either ground beef or I make a tofu version of ground beef

You make your own bourbon? That’s quite impressive.

Tonight I grill steaks for my neighbor on the 800 lb BBQ that said neighbor helped me get from the delivery truck at the top of my driveway onto my back patio.

My first and last London Broil. My god what a non-tender cut of meat.

Who said I preferred it? I’ve only had it once and I’ll never have it again. The ribeye is where it’s at.
