The ads are brutal, but I could listen to Mick tell stories all day.

I can only take him in small doses. Like 5 minutes every two weeks or so.Anders wrote:Cornette has some poor and quite rude takes (imo), but I do enjoy listening to his two podcasts. A lot of their criticism is valid, and they have a lot of knowledge. Even hearing about his neighbourhood is amusing.

If Cornette could let go of his personal hatred of Omega, Page, the Bucks etc. for more than one minute he probably would have a job at AEW. It's sad to see a guy that has so much knowledge and is entertaining just being wasted on what he does now.

No, but Cornette as a heel manager in AEW could be really good if he was capable of behaving.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:I doubt TK would let him do what he wants.numbers wrote:If Cornette could let go of his personal hatred of Omega, Page, the Bucks etc. for more than one minute he probably would have a job at AEW. What is the truth in the MJF situation?numbers wrote:Alvarez and Meltzer have a really bad track record when it comes to getting worked by AEW talent. Maybe they’re right but I’m not buying it, especially in light of the MJF situation.
About the CM Punk promo, Lance Storm blames CM Punk, and think Tony Khan needs to punish him. Cornette was 100% on CM Punk's side (he loves Punk, hates Hangman and his friends), and blamed Hangman.

I wonder what AEW would ask for in a scenario where they traded MJF to WWE. Give me Owens, Sami, and Cody and you’ve got a deal.

Mox dominating Punk while the crowd boils over is some good shit.

I love AEW having guys actually sell injuries they are returning from. It's so nice to have storytelling again.

They have been getting road warrior pops lately, I'd almost think about strapping them up at All Out.Anders wrote:Always interested in hearing The Acclaimed’s rap.

What are the odds that Punk vs Rhodes headlines a night of WrestleMania?

I don't think that would get in the way of them working together. HHH has proven himself to be good at his job.
I guess the real question is how much of the AEW friction is a work? I don't know enough to be sure, but if he's not happy he can be a real pain in the ass.
