pretty sure Britney has been sped up a bit! I quite like that effect myself but I appreciate it's not for everyone

Yeah, and you're gonna have to do that with most mashups, either play with the tempo or the pitch. I only dislike it when it's extremely obvious and abandons the realm of plausibility
