So to be clear

I do not have lofty needs

My intent was something higher-end than a Centrum

But nowhere approaching tribal earthly solutions

still looking for something in the Amazon.com realm

not the Amazon spirit-quest realm

Well nowadays I have become health conscious and because of that, I had decided to eat healthy food for my breakfast. So I take smoothies made from fruits such as guava , apple, banana, etc. with psyllium husk and this is considered to be very beneficial as guava fruit and psyllium husk[has great health benefits.

tragabigzanda wrote:I'm sure I'm gonna get made fun of for this, but holy shit this stuff is amazing. I've just had a smoothie with:

banana
blueberries
mango
Klamath blue-green algae
moringa powder
maca powder

acai
chia seed
raw cacao
cocoa nibs
dates
coconut flake
coconut milk
cashew milk
orange juice

I've been doing a variation on this for a week now, and I feel fucking incredible. Hyper-alert and focused, but not at all jittery. The bold items are the game changeres, I think.
Did this smoothie take half a day to make?

Forgot about that. Merely a flip side to my addiction coin. Was spending a lot of time and money on whiskey and weed, then balancing it out with all the wellness shit.

Joe had it right from the get go: water.

is this the proper F&D thread to discuss one's enthusiasm for local, grass-fed beef and cooking exclusively in animal fats (ghee, tallow, lard, etc)? i sure hope so
