I really wish the D+ shows were longer seasons with villains of the week. I guess they're not willing to dump 20 episodes were of money into these things.

I get that, but it'd be more enjoyable. I just spent a half hour learning that SheHulk has to defend Abomination. That's a lot point told by the trailer, not a story.

Counterpoint: you saw the fallout of her turning into a Hulk which was people at the bar wanting her green version, losing her job at the DA’s office, dealing with her family finding out, only finding work in a niche section of the law because she was a Hulk. All these things build her character. Abomination was literally like the last 5 minutes of the episode

That's fair, but I think the format sped that along too much. I'd like some of that stuff to hit a little harder. There's not enough emotion on the screen.

The reason the CGI is so janky is lack of time and budget. The filmmakers were already getting requests to cut She-Hulk scenes down. They'd be stretching themselves even thinner if they added a bunch more episodes

Marvel is monopolizing all of the effects houses. Too much content to keep producing.

I thought She-Hulk looked particularly flat in this episode. I watch videos by Corridor Crew, and their thoughts on it were that women (specifically actresses) have less minor flaws on their face (pores and hairs, etc), so when you change them digitally people complain that the result looks too smooth, but that's because the subject matter is smoother to begin with.

"Madisynn" from last nights episode was by far my fav character.

I'm definitely getting this show. I like that it's tied to the MCU, but I don't have to guess at how it ties into the Multiverse Saga. I liked that about the Netflix shows too.
