I'm 90% sure the 320k rip is a bloated version of the 128k rip

I spectralled the 320 rip of Sirens and it was solid all the way up to 20khz. I expected much worse.

The penny just dropped - I think the getmetal.org and exystence.net uploads are different...

So, which one should I grab?...

I haven't looked at anything else but if the 320 isn't a transcode of the 128 then I'd go with the 320.

There's multiple 320 rips out there: the one on What is apparently just a transcode, etc.

the getmetal rip doesn't sound like a transcode of the stream, sounds like a legit 320 rip imo

I'm with you. I liked the Ukelele Songs version enough, but it's not something I'd go back and listen to very much. I think the full band version and arrangement is pretty great.
