5.1 @ 9:20 pace. Felt great. Kept the pace slow and steady.

3 miles that felt like a slog. I don't even want to look at my splits, but at least I got out there.

Thanks, brother.tree_ wrote:That’s what counts. Good work
I’m going to be out of town and pretty busy tomorrow through Saturday, so considering going tonight. My legs feel decent, but it’s been months since I went back to back days.

Re: The Running Thread
Man, other than a slight side cramp that made me slow down for a bit I had the best run since probably mid-April - 3 miles in 28:10. Took 2:45 off yesterday. But best of all I rarely felt sluggish or like I was about to run out of breath.

Re: The Running Thread
Yeah I just need to recover because I was pushing myself real hard for as long as I went without going at all. I thought three days off would be enough but I guess not

3 miles in 29:25. It was humid af, but I'm good with the results. I hadn't been since Tuesday so most of all I wanted to get out there and start the week out with momentum.

Re: The Running Thread
5.62 mile walk/run on this very beautiful, hilly morning at the lake. Saw two turtles on the road.
