TV: Nathan For You

Watched the first four episodes of The Rehearsal in a single sitting without knowing anything about it (haven't watched Nathan For You). This is so dope. Angela is a find and a half. A batshit Latina (apparently her family is from Barranquilla?!) Christian fundamentalist in her mid 40s with some sick dance moves. I love it.

the hour of the first episode of this show is probably the most i've ever heard my name in a single hour. that includes real life. people don't say my name that much in real life, why would they? and it's only recently become a popular name for little kids so i haven't seen it in other shows or anything like that. this was a new experience for me. it must be hard to have a regular name like mike or jorge or anne or sylvia where you hear your name all the time
