What advice did the pro give?
Really too much to list. It had a lot to do with my entire throw. Foot placement, cross step, pull back, hip turn, pull through....just....everything.
I literally emptied my bag on every tee while he said, "do this....try this...pull more across your chest....flex your knees". It was painful, tiring, and awesome. We were the only two guys on the entire course.

It started raining pretty quick after we got there so we figured we would just play the first few holes then head home, but we waited out the rain and made it through the round but just basically practiced the whole round and didn't keep score, i think i was in the +15 to +20 range
