I'd say that lyrically this album isn't eddies strongest. He sounds really good though for the most part.

I love that movie western sounding echoey guitar.

The album should have gone Getaway-MFS- 45 minute long pendulum- SBM the end

Fucking travesty this isnt longer. The percussion gets really interesting at the end, and the cut it off! dumbasses.

Does the end feel really abrupt to anyone else? It doesnt get all that quiet before it cuts off.

To me it sounds like "Cold Confession" seen through to a degree of polish that was simply beyond what that song aspired to be. This is definitely the direction I was hoping more of the album would follow.

I really love the guitar lead in this--it has a real gunfight-at-the-OK-Corral vibe to it that sounds haunting set against the rhythm and atmosphere.

This reminds me of the Philip Glass Metamorphosis music that was played when the band walked onstage in 2008.
