Obviously you are right on both accounts. It's not the technical definition, but it is the common parlance, how the majority of people would define it, and the very act of making that distinction is gonna give the "depends on what the definition of 'is' is" vibe.

I think the line is "move to the city and learn to code".


My guess would be the first step is to phase out "dine-in" options at many places as this would cut labor costs and help with worker safety. Food will be served automat style which I thought worked well in dense urban areas when I used to travel to Japan for work.
