Yeah it still doesn't work from properly from Europe. The forum has been down most of the week. If I use VPN and route my traffic e.g. via Canada I can access it.

Anyone with access issues on certain devices, change the DNS servers on that device to:

8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

The admins took the forum down temporarily and want you to use these specific numbers as a way to install malware in your cache. Heard it here first. Tread lightly, mosquitos.

It's pretty strange that the forum name resolves to completely different IP-Address when I don't use VPN:
Tracing route to forums.theskyiscrape.com [162.241.71.26]

And with VPN on:
Tracing route to forums.theskyiscrape.com [184.106.223.127]

I wonder what this is:
Name: 162-241-71-26.webhostbox.net
Address: 162.241.71.26

Edit: Even with VPN on theskyiscrape.com resolves to this IP-Address (the forum still resolves to 184...):
Tracing route to theskyiscrape.com [162.241.71.26]
I want to be a warm and friendly person

One more update. I guess these are the name servers advertising theskyiscrape.com domain?

NS33.DOMAINCONTROL.COM 97.74.106.17
NS34.DOMAINCONTROL.COM 173.201.74.17

If try to resolve the forum name without VPN:

nslookup forums.theskyiscrape.com 97.74.106.17
Server: UnKnown
Address: 97.74.106.17

Name: forums.theskyiscrape.com
Address: 162.241.71.26

nslookup forums.theskyiscrape.com 173.201.74.17
Server: UnKnown
Address: 173.201.74.17

Name: forums.theskyiscrape.com
Address: 184.106.223.127

So this one NS33.DOMAINCONTROL.COM 97.74.106.17 is returning a wrong IP-address.

It works via proxy on any device, and any browser.

I can also get in via 184.106.223.127, but then view active topics and view new posts doesn’t work, and it keeps logging me off.

Both forum and main site are own again. Forum is reachable with 184.106.223.127 but not with FQDN, so this seems to be a DNS issue once again. This time it returns 69.49.234.252 if I try to resolve the forum address:

nslookup forums.theskyiscrape.com 173.201.74.17
Server: ns34.domaincontrol.com
Address: 173.201.74.17

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: forums.theskyiscrape.com
Address: 69.49.234.252
