contamination wrote:Both forum and main site are own again. Forum is reachable with 184.106.223.127 but not with FQDN, so this seems to be a DNS issue once again. This time it returns 69.49.234.252 if I try to resolve the forum address:

nslookup forums.theskyiscrape.com 173.201.74.17
Server: ns34.domaincontrol.com
Address: 173.201.74.17

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: forums.theskyiscrape.com
Address: 69.49.234.252

Yes, I couldn't get in for a few hours.

Sorry, gang. People smarter than me have no idea why this is happening.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

They’ve at least connected it to the accidental GD deletion, right?

No, Nick or I have to go redirect to the correct IP.

If the IP-address somehow mysteriously changes in GoDaddy's DNS settings then I would change the login credentials/password you are using to GoDaddy ASAP.

 If it still happens I would contact GoDaddy if you haven't yet done so, and ask them if they can see what time the change was done and from where (IP-address etc.). But thank you for fixing this once again!

You guys should’ve made Dev a mod. He’d happily be all over this.
