I'm pretty dang tired from a long a*s work trip. Too much good football to watch today, but may go tomorrow.

It's probably fine. My only experience with the Amazon ecosystem is a fire tablet (bought because it was cheap) and an Alexa TV I used while on vacation last year.

The fire tablet is ok, but the Amazon store is missing tons of apps.

The TV was kinda slow and the UI was pretty clunky, but that could have just been a cheap TV.

In my experience the Roku TVs have the simplest UI, which I think helps to keep them from slowing down over time. I have no idea if that's actually accurate.
