Bridesmaids. I thought this was a comedy?

Oh man, painfully unfunny shit. I couldn't believe how much people liked that movie, nothing about it worked for me

Thank God I thought I’d get eviscerated by everyone for this. Some of the moments with O’Dowd were nice, but I may have come close to laughing twice.

Nowhere Boy

This was pretty good. Showed a young John Lennon, up until The Beatles left for Hamburg.

Sin Nombre

This was short and highly rated. But I thought it was just ok, mostly about a Honduran girl travelling to the USA, with lots of violence on the journey.

About half an hour into Mother (2009), a Korean movie. This is very well made. Feel like this will be the best movie all week.

Think I will finish 2009 this week now. After this there are just six English language movies left, and it’s still only Tuesday.

Watched Fight Club again. Honestly way better than I remembered, I've been underestimating that movie

It's 3/4 still magnificent.

All the hokey CG graphics are bad, like looking into the trash can. And everything with Marla is a miss for me; I can't believe I didn't see the twist coming the first time I saw it. They telegraph it so hard in many of her scenes.

Everything else rules and I think its core themes are actually better now.
Is this your take or just a tl;dr recap of The Rewatchables episode?

This looks so unbelievably hokey and twee. I can barely get through the original short, I can't imagine watching 90 minutes of this.
