i was mistaken, i don't think they have an air fryer..i saw one of those one pot rice cooker things though..they may have one in storage in the basement but i'm not going to look

You may just have the wrong air fryer. Ours is super easy to clean, and you could toss nearly an entire bucket of chicken in there (I don’t listen to the advice to not pile pieces on others, they fry up just fine… and that would make it somewhat impractical).

are you talking stand alone fryer or a convection oven/air fryer combo? i have the former, which is one of the highest capacity ones they make.

kind of tired of eating the brisket stew for most of the day..i think i'm just going to cut up some veggies and add some blue cheese dip

Looking up recipes for Greek style yellow rice I get either parsley or cilantro and with or without dill. The stock plus the 5 spices (garlic powder, cumin, tumeric, onion powder, paprika) seems to be more significant than the parsley/ cilantro deviation.

Feel free to tell me what I'm doing wrong other than using chicken stock in lieu of water and probably ingesting a bit more salt than I should.

I've tried both Parsley and Cilantro recipes and haven't noticed much difference.

I dunno. I haven't been a ton. I prefer Salsarita's for burrito bowls. It didn't help tonight that I selected a really hot (for me at least) salsa.
