If it matches the design of the first five episodes, we are in for a treat.

6th episode was amazing. It looked freaking spectacular.

I was hooked from start to end. A very Star Wars episode.

That was pretty great.

Minor quibbles:
*The music could be a little better.
*Why'd they frame the final shot of The Eye with two rock structures? Gimme full widescreen!

Andor killing Skeen how did we feel about it ??

I was surprised by Andor killing Skeen at first. Maybe a tad harsh. But if he was willing to sell out Vel for $40 mill. Then it’s safe to assume Once Cassians pilot role was completed they would knock him off.

RIP Nemik he was a great character. His manifesto would be a quality read.

The series is set up like 4 movies.

movie 1 (episode 1-3)
Movie 2 (episode 4-6)
Movie 3 (episode 7-9)
Movie 4 (episode 10-12)

Btw I’m sure I’ll be complaining by episode 8 for them get on with it.

I apologise in advance

The celestial event was pretty spectacular too.

What did the imperial commander who was with them do? The black guy? He didn’t get shot too did he? I saw the former stormtrooper get shot but not the imperial

Both of them were shot, but for what it's worth, we didn't see them die. This is Star Wars after all (even though for the most part it's avoided some of the worst SW tropes).

It's great to have variety and new flavors in Star Wars. I love expanding "what Star Wars is." In real time this show, as amazing as it is, doesn't feel like Star Wars at all. But that's because it's a pioneer. In ten years, twenty years, it will feel very different. I'm so glad this show exists.

What a great episode. It's a bummer that they killed off so many great characters/actors.

I dunno. It feels like Star Wars. Just love the way it’s giving you nothing but the empire and literally a completely disconnected nit even a ref tag bunch of rebels. Just randomers, out to take them down. And they didn’t even like or trust each other.

That was great tho. I said before it that this arc is done now and I bet cassian is the only one gets outta there alive. It was 95% right. It’ll switch gears now for the next three I bet and again for the final 3

This could be any sci-fi/fantasy story. The pace isn't typical SW. The writing isn't typical SW. The structure isn't typical SW.

This is brand new. It's expanding our definition. That's a good thing. But it is jarring.

Also, Ebon Moss-Bachrach talked recently on The Watch podcast and revealed that his blaster is Greedo's blaster. That's rad. The story group came up with and knows how that blaster ended up traveling from him to Greedo.

I fucking love that.

That whole scene felt off to me. I initially thought he was just testing Cassian’s loyalty.

And how did that guy go from broken back to dead? I smell a malpractice lawsuit coming.
