O, I got a zoo, I got a menagerie, inside my ribs, under my bony head, under my red-valve heart—and I got something else: it is a man-child heart, a woman-child heart: it is a father and mother and lover: it came from God-Knows-Where: it is going to God-Knows-Where—For I am the keeper of the zoo: I say yes and no: I sing and kill and work: I am a pal of the world: I came from the wilderness.

I've only been to Rio once. I had a great time but I was also 18, so it's been a while. I went to Guanabara Bay and thought it was super fun. I would avoid carnival season.

Quick trip to Buenos Aires sounds like a great idea and it'll give you a completely different look at South America. And the US dollar is especially strong against the peso right now so it'll be cheaper than if you went last year. Lots of cool stuff to do in Buenos Aires, hit me up over PM if you decide to go

This sounds like it could be true. I agree.

hey jorge, i remember you mentioning that you used to write recipes for blogs/sites, and a lot of them were just frankenstein'd together from other recipes. what about serving counts? seems like every time i make a recipe off some site, it will say "serves 6".... but ends up taking me like 8-9 days to get through, at least. were serving counts just a completely arbitrary guess?

Oh man, I honestly do not remember. Those are probably taken from whatever "main" recipe was first copied.
