I haven't seen much proof they can do one thing.

They can write checks to Raytheon.

It appears your messaging may be failing to take hold with the masses.
Well, that's because the Democrats suck at this.
Democrats do suck at messaging, that's true. But economy/jobs/prices/inflation isn't a messaging fail, it's what people care about. Now whether people should perceive that those issues are at the top of the list of priorities of Democratic or Republican politicians I don't know. But it doesn't seem crazy to me that more people think that Jan 6/women's rights/environment/guns are higher priorities for Democratic legislators than economy/jobs/prices/inflation. Maybe that's a messaging fail, but if people are looking around at high inflation, decreasing real wages and purchasing power and believe that the party in power prioritizes other things, that's a problem for the party in power regardless of whether people are right or wrong.

Also, who are the 13% that think Republican leaders care about the national debt? L-O-L.
I don't disagree. But when we get into how do those concerns translate into voting, it becomes important to point out that the Republican strategy is to attack people based on social issues, and then when the Democrats defend those point, wail about how the Democrats are wasting all of their time on social issues that no one cares about.

That has an impact on how people feel when the pollsters call them.
Both parties spend lots of time fighting the culture wars, but only Republicans are called out for it. Dems fight it with all the same ferocity. if you don't want to defend your social stances against criticism or pushback, then abandon them. You don't get to just have them.

Fetterman had his stroke around the time he won the primary, so maybe there was no provision to replace him? Clearly the PA Democratic Party has known since May that he is in no condition to serve.

I haven't paid too close attention, but Fetterman's wife seems to have gotten a ton more attention nationally over the last week or so. Seems to be forecasting what their fix is.

i thought this was obvious from the beginning. i'm not sure dude does interviews w/o her even before the stroke. which is kinda understandable from a visual perspective, but she gives off yoko ono vibes.

oz came out recently in favor of weed reform, for what its worth. he also said he doesn't think the federal gov't should be involved in women's reproductive rights...but state gov'ts should. lol he would have been better off mumbling incoherently like fetterman.
