thanks dad! :heartbeat: the publisher emailed me back saying he's hoping to read it "within the week", and I was expecting to be waiting months, so this week I will mostly be on the edge of my seat with anticipation

Do you have a publisher who specializes in poetry, or are they more general?

I'm waiting on a poetry journal, it'll get back to me in the next couple of weeks, then I'm gonna try my collection with two more publishers before spending a weekend crying into my food, then trying again

I've had a "yes" from Seren Books, based in Wales

https://www.serenbooks.com/

I'll be editing a new poetry chapbook with them this Summer, and if that does well, hopefully a second full collection after that

I'm over the moon
