You guys still on board? Ep. 7 had a slightly more serious tone, centred around Earn and Van's relationship. Not bad by any means, but just not as fun as the others.

Yeah I like it just fine, but it felt more nuanced and somewhat boring that the rest of this amazing season
But it had Van so I’m cool with it

Quiet episode for sure.
At least some of it was filmed at Sweetwater Creek State Park, only a minutes from my house. You can’t wander through the mill ruins like that and while they recently put in a couple yurts no tent camping is allowed.

Re: TV: Atlanta (FX)
So Paperboi retired to the country. It was fine but did it really need to be 45 minutes long?
Looking forward to how it all wraps up next week.
Lakeith Stanfield had barely been around this season outside of the opener. He was the one that should have won the Oscar for Judas and the Black Messiah instead of Daniel Kaluuya.

I liked the finale too, fitting the tone of the series overall.
I didn’t always like the show as much as others but when it was good it was great, definitely some fantastic episodes.
