I did get a slight fade haircut last time, but it just grows too f*cking fast. Parts curl up, particularly the back and as it grows toward my ears. Then the top is moderately wavy. I'm going to try a more full blown fade next cut, probably this weekend.

You should let it grow and have wavy, slicked back hair like guys in the 30s and 40s had.
