Serkis was brilliant here. And Luthen too.

Rest of the ep didn’t do it for me.

Don’t they have transport ships on the station they could have used ?

Probably nothing that could hold more than a few people. It's supposed to be Alcatraz. Inescapable.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

I thought the scene with the Senator and the crime boss was brilliant.

Serkis's character actually turning out to be Snoke (via clone) actually popped into my brain last night but I just can't imagine Gilroy and company writing something like that. They've avoided the gimmicky easter egg approach thus far and that would seem to be out of character.

If we've left that character behind, I am certain someone will come along later and gimmick that up.

All the cool people in this thread should check out The Watch this week, as they have an in-season check-in with Tony Gilroy.

Luthen’s speech to that informant made me think he could be a jedi in hiding after Order 66. Seemed to be in a dark place

I wonder will he get into next season?
All I know is there’s some time jumps so hopefully we see the rebellion a little more connected and less disparate. Anyones guess where Cassian is after a time jump. He has really really good reason to hate the empire now. And don’t forget his mam.

Cassian Andor’s story arc is fucking absurd. But this series insists that the emotional journey of that arc is real, and that makes it invincible.

Took watching it again to realise it but Kino knows he’s not getting out n gonna die anyways cos he can’t swim. With that in mind his process and serkis’ acting are superb here. It’s the right thing to do even though he’s not gonna make it.

I hope he doesn’t somehow magically make it out and resurface later. In normal Star Wars, Chewy would’ve shown up in the Falcon and whisked him away.

I’d like him to show up again. Everyone can swim. And they didn’t show him standing there alone after they’d all jumped.

Is it him we see running with andor in the dark? Maybe

You'dve had been watching the show with your eyes closed to miss that.

They should tweet out, "Did you know there is Star Wars stuff going on in every episode of Andor?"
