I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. This is great so far. McCarthy is known for his bleak nihilism, but he should be known as the funniest author ever. "What the hell is Chlamydia, and who named it that!?"
