I don’t know. I just always feel like I could take a nap at any given point in the day.

Set my alarm for a 30 minute nap and apparently hit Stop and rolled back over for another hour. I was planning on getting up early to run in the morning, so i'm going out on a limb and guessing i'll still be awake at midnight.

I talked to my psychiatrist awhile back about my ability to focus and ability to concentrate, so he cut the dosage on one of my meds. It may be a little better, but it does seem like my depression has been more persistent. What do you do.

Pretty blah. Feel like a sinus infection is coming on. I’d test for stuff but I have an incredibly HUGE day at work tomorrow and absolutely cannot miss. The culmination of the last 6-9 months’ work happens tomorrow.

whole family's got the cold and we just got over covid several weeks ago. can't catch a break

the flu going around is no joke. going on day 5 right now. just a cough and a bit of a sore throat for now. was worse in the early stages

really sorry, dg. i hope you start feeling better right quick. one thing i tell myself is that pain is finite. which always turns out to be true, though often not quickly enough. thinking of you, pard.
