poorly...this always happens when my wife is gone..i was up at 3:45 after going to bed at 9:30..there is a nap in my future

The difference between me going to bed at 10:30 versus me going to bed at midnight is becoming very apparent.

I could get by with 5-6 hours most nights when I was working.

The end of DST means my kid is getting up earlier.

I go to bed at around 9 these days.

I like to wake up early and I haven't had to use an alarm in ages.

just over 8 hours until the dog got me up at 530

we went to bed at 830 last night..again, slept great until the dog got me up at 429am..i didn't go back to bed and just waited for the sun to come up and went to the golf course...so tired now

I crashed early but didn’t sleep great. Just ate lunch and will surely want to nap soon.

yes...ive been starting to get worse..i'm playing some ping cavity backs now from a few years ago and they make a huge difference..played blades all my
life but as an old dumb guy now i play them much better..#seniortees
