I got to cook dinner last night for the first time in a while. Made seared salmon on a bed of couscous with a side of roasted brussels sprouts. So fucking good.

Met an older Indian couple who sell food from their apartment. Put in a big order: Chicken 65, veg samosas, dal makhani, lamb rogan josh, butter chicken, garlic naan, and plain basmati rice
