I don’t think anyone will flip shit but the formula of keeping that out of this series has worked. Sure the leaders of the rebellion end up being Jedi, but this is about the grunts that do the work in the trenches on both sides. It’s been a different side and nice to see. I think it will be better if they keep it out of this season. Maybe in the next season as they are getting closer to events of ANH they can have an interaction with a Jedi and Andor to show him just how many people are fighting for the side that wants him to fight as well

On the flip side as well, we’re seeing the grunts of the empire, which has been nice and doesn’t need the emporer or Vader

Sure. I don't disagree except to say that I don't think the two things need be separate. But I've always felt that about Star Wars. It's never been an either/or thing for me.

some or most of you here may know this already, but that auralnauts youtube channel is really great- it has incredibly funny star wars stuff among other nerdy parodies and takes. not all of it hits, but most of it is worth watching if you're looking for something star wars to give you a few laughs.

this is the first part of their ongoing parody of the overall saga. over the course of the stories, which get better (and longer) with each new episode, they build on their own continuity, too. in some ways these vids can be likened to a long term storytelling version of a mashup of robot chicken star wars skits, parody dubs, and music videos.

The belltower guy kicking the stormtrooper off was my favorite thing
