If Mitch can stay healthy, I like it. But they need another big bat. Especially an infielder. I like Correa but a little wary on the amount he will bring. I would have preferred Turner. I wish they could keep Rodon.Bammer wrote:The Giants made a YUGE move signing Mitch Haniger, so you knew at that point Aaron Judge would remain with the Jankees.
Go Bonds.

Re: MLB
It’s fucking insane to think of all these guys who will be making $40m when they are way past their prime, smashing like 12 dingers and batting .215 at the age of 36.

For real. You’d think teams would have learned with hombres like Pujols.Bammer wrote:It’s fucking insane to think of all these guys who will be making $40m when they are way past their prime, smashing like 12 dingers and batting .215 at the age of 36.
I do like Correa and we do need another star caliber player, but still….

Why are Baseball Teams giving out 13 year contracts again?
Are they not testing for steroids anymore?

Re: MLB
A few big players got 9-10 years and now the market is adjusting unfortunately. I get it more for players in their low to mid 20’s who have already had a few years of All-Star production, but a 30 year old?
