This is really the point, isn't it?Stip wrote:I do really like every one of PJ's album. Even the bottom records I still think are quite good
Binaural might be my least favorite Pearl Jam album, but I still think it's a 7.5 out of 10. No Code is still an 8.5/10.
Those are damn fine records.

No Code and especially Vs. have been the big changes for me in the past few years, along with Yield overtaking Vitalogy. That could easily change, though; they might as well be 1a and 1b.

I considered going with a new avatar, but, this is exactly what I look like so I should keep it.durdencommatyler wrote:Sexy avatar mustache and good head on those shoulders. Re: RANK THE ALBUMS
Always interesting to see where people's heads are at with their current lists. Mine, like everyone else's, changes from month to month/year to year.
1. No Code (this has been the case for a long while)
2. Vitalogy
3. Vs.
4. Ten
5. Yield
6. Pearl Jam
7. Binaural
8. Riot Act
9. Backspacer
This is radically different than the last time I thought about this. It will change again I am sure, other than the first five are always in some order there, the self titled tends to follow, and the last 3 are bunched differently, but at the bottom every time - but I think that has to do more with my emotional connection to the albums.
