Was hyped up to run tonight, then started feeling sick at my stomach. Emptied it out a bit, but now I feel weak af.

tortilla soup didn't sit well?

Possibly. I am glad to finally be able to poop more frequently of late, but I didn't want it to empty itself like this. Why God why.
