Well some people get pretty snobby about this, I gather.

Over the first year I tracked exactly what went into it, then after drinking it down about halfway I’ve stopped recording/measuring what I refill with. I just pour a few ounces of whatever latest bottle I get and it continues to evolve over time.

Tonight I’ll be adding some 2BAR Straight Bourbon Whiskey (Seattle) 80 proof.
