Odd that you mention those. Since I had Covid last year, my sense of smell has been out of whack. Scents that are usually classified as bad, like shit or rotten meat or something, I can’t smell at all. Pleasing smells like cinnamon or something sweet I have no problems with. As I was slicing the onions for my pie it smelled REALLY bad. Not like onions at all. Just a foul stench. And they tasted really bad on my pie. It tasted fine in my sauce I made last night so something about it changed since last night and it wasn’t enjoyable at all.

About 37 minutes. It wasn’t one of those big russet baking potatoes tho. It was a Yukon gold about the size of a baseball.
