Taking my oldest and three of his friends to our favorite little restaurant, which is basically a Mexican place. We go there and belly up to the bar, get drinks and usually chips and guac. We went last night for our regular date night, and brought my son some birria tacos, which he loved. We offered to take his friends to dinner since they wee already coming to hang out with him tonight.

They must have been relieved that you weren't going to make them food with your poop hands.

Re: What's for dinner?
A while back (2-3 years?) my dad got me and Mrs. Bam a $100 gift card to Ruth’s Chris steakhouse. Now, steak is absolutely not Mrs. Bam’s thing - not even a little bit. So I told dad we can use it together sometime.
Sometime was tonight. We open the menu and he all but fainted, not realizing that a steak starts at about $60. He was sure $100 would be plenty for dinner for two with some $ to spare.
Lol after the gift card was applied I still paid $112.
