Thanks for chatting about this show. It's been nice to have these exchanges/insights/discussions. I know there weren't a ton of us going on the journey in real time. But this has been awesome and meant a lot to me.

Did that need to be said though? The scene could have easily worked just as well with no dialogue at all.epilogue wrote:I did think hearing her husband saywas essential to his character and to their relationship. That was really nice and helped differentiate him from Toby in a meaningful way.

The first episode of Yellowstone. Mostly underwhelming for a pilot. I'm going to tell myself it gets better and watch the next few.

Love these short seasons, I finished this in 2 days! I liked this a lot, at its core it’s basic spy stuff, and the misfits angle isn’t exactly original, but so many characters are charming in a very British way that makes it an easy watch.Simple Torture wrote:Yeah, I only watched the first episode but I like it so far.epilogue wrote:Enjoying it?Simple Torture wrote:Just started this last night.epilogue wrote:Finished S1 of Slow Horses.

Re: What are you currently watching on TV?
Just finished episode 4 of season 2 of Slow Horses--this is even more intense than the first season and is more spy-crafty. Good stuff.

Re: What are you currently watching on TV?
Very much on the fence with continuing after watching the first 3 episodes. Does it pick up steam? The only character i'm all that interested in is Kayce.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:The first episode of Yellowstone. Mostly underwhelming for a pilot.
