I totally agree. That review that compared it to Love Reign O'er Me... no chance. That's a grand fucking piano :gomez:

That said, eventually you don't notice it as much. It's stopped being a glaring issue for me.

I just dont understand why they wouldnt? I get it for live shows but you have a studio so make it happen....
Make it happen? Do you know how much those things weigh?

its a fucking studio, it should already be in there. If not, they are millionaires and should get one delivered to the goddamn studio.

Statement.
Yeah, they're fucking big and fucking heavy. A studio is often a surprisingly small place. And also, you know, they only have a couple of weeks and... BoB likes "keys".

Real pianos are for young people.

That echo / delay / reverb is all added so that it sounds more natural, which would be great if it was working. Meh, I think it saves it.

BO'B really did not see the pop potential in this song.

I don't hate the piano, but why have the piano coda and then fade out? On an album chock full of mysterious fades, that's the most bizarre. Bring the keys back in and play it out to the end. WTF.

I really gave this one a shot, but it's getting worse with time. Really bad choice to close the album, especially.

I like this song quite a bit, but it's probably one of the bottom 3 or 4 songs on the album for me. My biggest complaint is the extreme amount of echo, especially on the vocals. Does this stand out for anyone else?

Granted, I've had some white wine, but I almost teared up to it tonight.

It's probably my least favourite, but I still think it's a lovely song. The bridge is a little too bombastic, but otherwise it's a fine little song.

Yeah the bridge is the best part of the song, but there's too much underneath it. I think the keyboard on the album sounds way better than I thought it would, even if not perfect.

The whole point used to be that PJ could write "cheesy" songs because the production was guaranteed to provide the necessary stripped-down approach to counteract it.
