I need to watch Mandy.

Speaking of Nic Cage, I just watched The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent. Some of it was kind of dumb and bad, and some of it was incredible and brilliant. Overall, pretty good. Pedro Pascal stole the show.

Tiffany Haddish was distractingly bad in this. I'm starting to think she might not be good at acting.

Yeah ya do

I agree about Haddish. She was also kinda bad in The Card Counter, which is about all I've seen her in. I also agree that Massive Talent had its ups and downs. Some hilarious moments, but overall not a great movie.

I really think it's up there. It has a lot going for it filmmaking wise even if the emotional core doesn't move you (and I do find it very moving)

I can’t stand her. This was light and fun, but when I first heard it was coming out I had a different perception of what it would be.

I had a great time with Mandy. Very entertaining movie; I love the visuals, the tone, the humor.. but in the end it left a little to be desired. I will never forget that bathroom scene with Nic.

What else should I watch from Shudder with my free 7-day trial?

Have you seen Color Out of Space (starring Nicolas Cage)?
