If all you needed was the Stone Gossard "Fuck Face" card to complete your set, you'd be bitter too, man.stip wrote:just because the trading cards sold out before you got there is no reason to be bitter.Lament wrote:They were just thinking about how cool "Future Days" was gonna look written on the back of the Setlist Shirt they were gonna race outside to buy when the show ended so they could wear it while getting their 7 different Wrigley posters framed.@SkitchP wrote:Not to mention, by the time it was played at Wrigley, a very specific subsection of fans were there to appreciate. I don't know if this is because of my age or because I live in germany but almost no one even knows Pearl Jam when I mention them.Birds in Hell wrote:I do this a lot.BurtReynolds wrote:Now I keep my fandom, such as it is, a secret.

As of this moment it's not a certainty that Sirens isn't the best song on this record.

Really? Why the hell do they play Berlin more than anywhere else these days then?Mike wrote:I don't know if this is because of my age or because I live in germany but almost no one even knows Pearl Jam when I mention them.Birds in Hell wrote:I do this a lot.BurtReynolds wrote:Now I keep my fandom, such as it is, a secret.

I don't know, different age group maybe? My friends are mostly in their twenties. I saw Pearl Jam at the Hurricane Festival in 2007 and it was very easy to get to the front because there wasn't that much going on for a headline show.ridleybradout wrote:Really? Re: Lightning Bolt: The Official Album Thread
OK so if you were going to tell someone to download only 3 songs from LB what would they be:
I'm going with Getaway, Sirens and Yellow Moon.
I narrowed it down to these 3 mainly because I hate the other 9 to varying degrees.

That must have gotten really awkward when you left to take a piss during Mike's Even Flow solo.Mike wrote:I was the only one at Wuhlheide in 2010.Lament wrote:No one goes. It's just Pearl Jam and an empty room.

I stood knee deep in McCready's tears when I left the toilet.
