Balling so hard.
I should probably do some elevated roads today, but also I don’t want to die.

Re: The Running Thread
My side started to cramp badly so I didn't do the last hill I was planning on.
Went pretty well though - 3.17 in 33:20 at 210 ft elevation. I expected to be slower.

Re: The Running Thread
8 miles today, 63 on the year so far. I'm running more miles per week than last year, but focusing on taking them easier. I think this is the most I've run at this point in the month, but it feels sustainable. A good place to be.
My inconsistency in the past has been motivating me lately. Another motivator has been Christopher McDougall and Eric Orton on the Rich Roll podcast. What an inspiring episode. https://www.richroll.com/podcast/christ ... ugall-722/

Re: The Running Thread
I'm off today. But hoping to get in another 7 tomorrow.
If I'm able to do it, that will be 7 consecutive 7 milers (3 two weeks ago, 3 last week, 1 this week).

3 miles in 27:42. Felt pretty nice until I tried to turn it up a notch at the end.epilogue wrote:I believe in you!lennytheweedwhacker wrote:I’ve peaked but whatever.epilogue wrote:Go git it, buddy!lennytheweedwhacker wrote:I need a good run today. Saturday attempt was a fail.
