It's a bar where they perform burlesque, of course. (Burlesque is like fancy stripping)

Re: RM Photo Album - The First One to Ever Exist Ever
There used to be a great Burlesque bar in my hood. Had a blast the few times we went.
I've never been to a stip club, so I can't really compare. But they seem like very different things to me.

It's more like a dance piece or performance art, though. At least what I've seen/experienced. There isn't much titillation, really.

The performers at this bar definitely titillated, and they get fully naked. It just has a lot more playful and artsy vibe, with a lot of cabaret influence. Not a thing I'd attend regularly but it was fun

I'm surprised they're allowed to get fully naked. You said this was in Brooklyn?Jorge wrote:The performers at this bar definitely titillated, and they get fully naked. It just has a lot more playful and artsy vibe, with a lot of cabaret influence. Not a thing I'd attend regularly but it was fun
Either way, the one two different places I've experienced definitely didn't do full nudity. So clearly a slightly different vibe/atmosphere.

At least one of the girls got totally naked, the others I think were basically nude except for pasties. It was a Halloween themed show called Dia de los Muert-Hoes. It was definitely very sexual but also silly
