Haha, I've done that too but not in awhile. Yup, all water.

I drink a lot of Coke Zero during the day so I'm sure my body digs the sodium and retention.

Just cut it off and it'll be one less thing for you to worry about when it's time to weigh.

It's only messy if you try to do it yourself.

Trust me.

The thing that really still bothers me is the loose / extra skin at my jowls still. Still waiting for that to tighten up. :|

That's a tough one, especially if you're already at--and maintaining--your goal weight.

it's not bad enough to warrant facial hair, I've had two doctors (primary care and derm) tell me to leave it alone.

I'm just so surprised that losing 15 pounds = loose skin. I always thought of like 100 pound weight loss (for loose skin) but I can see it happening with age, too.

154.2

I've lifted four days in a row, so I think I am gaining a little muscle. I slightly increased the weight, too.

Planet Fitness is still overloaded with new people from New Year's resolutions, etc. I root for these people but at the same time the gym is a little crowded.

The past three or so weeks I have not counted my calories each day. I wasn't sure I would ever be able to stop doing that, but after over two years of it a burden has been lifted. I get obsessive about weird things sometimes, and I could not stop myself from the daily counting.

I am still conscious about what i'm eating and my only concern is that I will consume too few calories. I should probably just check my weight every two or three weeks initially just to ensure i'm maintaining a good number.
