big time culture problem. wease is doing what he can by systematically weeding out the problem employees, but long term change is above his pay grade. gotta find a way to lead upward, or get out. otherwise this is status quo.

I'm sure it's legal (ugh), but it's horrid. They earned that time (money) and it's being taken from them. Just horrid. And whose ever job it is to explain to employees what their rights and responsibilities are in this field isn't exactly doing a bang up job, either.
