The sequel trilogy being received in such a polarised manner definitely wouldn’t help Ridley Boyega etc ad they didn’t have careers to speak of beforehand. Driver and Isaac were fine. They were known quantities and established before sw.

It’s all over the place. You’re on board by the end just cos it’s beaten you over the head with the nonsense of it all

It’s great within its set pieces. All 7364836 of them. Which move from one to the next with little or no explanation but hey. Here’s a gag. Here’s another gag.
