I really don't like the film, but I do think Stephanie Hsu and Ke Huy Quan deserve their nominations. Wouldn't be mad at either of them winning
yeah, i mean they were already getting noms in all these awards shows, but basically all the cast got a nomination.
Most important of all

Party over here. 14 nominations for Irish actors and films
Barry Keoghan deserves that best supporting actor Oscar just for being himself. He’s an incredible actor

Keoghan is wonderful yeah. I feel he has to find his definitive role yet. I am very curious about his Joker approach, if that happens.

He’s said his ambition is to get to work in a taika waititi film.
I want him in Star Wars so bad. He’s an incredibly good actor.

I like him a lot but he's never blown my mind with his acting chops. Always seems to play a similar awkward, goofy minor role. Would like to see him as a lead in a good role to cop a better feel. He could be like the next young Jake Gyllenhaal, those kinds of roles. He'd probably be great in a Nightcrawler kind of role.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

In fact, before today, me and VG are the only people to mention him on the board (or at least spelled his name right while doing so). Who's the hipster now?

Best Adapted Screenplay for Top Gun: Maverick? Adapted from what, the first movie?
Same thing with Glass Onion. Are screenplays of sequels considered "adapted" now?

Yeah, original really means original to them.
O Brother Where Art Thou was nominated for adapted screenplay because it was based on The Odyssey, lol

Ah yeah, he was really good and creepy in Killing of Sacred Deer. Probably my favorite performance I've seen of his.
